Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate $9.95 Regular Parcel Post delivery Australia-wide, and FREE Shipping on orders over $150.

If you're a Brisbane local, you can choose FREE Click & Collect, and pick up from our store in Camp Hill.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship Internationally at this time.

For Furniture Items, your shipping charges are included in our pricing.

Delivery

Your purchase is usually dispatched from our store in Brisbane within 3 working days. We use Sendle and Australia Post for our deliveries. Bulkier items, including all furniture, will take a tad longer and we will send a separate email confirming delivery time frames if this applies to your order.

If you request your item to be left on your premises, you agree to take full responsibility for any parcel that becomes lost or stolen.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept exchanges or offer a store credit for change of mind reasons on full priced items only, within 10 days of your online purchase. 

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately we can cannot offer a refund for change of mind reasons.

  • To return your item for and exchange or credit note, please email us at store@teenieandtiny.com.au to obtain an Exchange Approval.
  • Once you've heard back form us regarding exchange, please carefully package your item and post it back to us at 130 Leicester St, Camp Hill QLD 4152.
  • When we receive the item and verify its returned in its original condition, we will notify you to confirm we have received it and if you're exchanged is approved we will process it within 7-10 days. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale items. Please choose carefully as all sale item purchases are final.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We carefully check all items prior to shipping, however, if there are any problems with your order, please send an email (including photos of the fault or damage) within 7 days of your online purchase, and we will arrange a refund or exchange. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot ship Internationally at this time.
